A STRONGER BUILT
ENVIRONMENT

At Offsite we design and build using pressure treated Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) panels specifically engineered for use in buildings designed to withstand category 5 hurricanes.

What is Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) ?

CLT is a high-performance panelized construction technology that is changing how we build for the future.

CLT panels are comprised of 3 to 9 layers of timber boards stacked crosswise at 90-degree angles and bonded together under high pressure using structural adhesives. The result is a monolithic load bearing panel that can be used for floors, walls and roofs in any type of building.

All Offsite buildings are engineered to a minimum wind tolerance of 185+ MPH

COST-EFFECTIVE

COST-EFFECTIVE

The efficiency of building with CLT reduces costs and increases budget certainty.

SUSTAINABILITY

SUSTAINABLE

All CLT used in Offsite buildings is manufactured using sustainably sourced timber.

PRESSURE TREATED

PRESSURE TREATED

Offsite uses pressure-treated CLT developed by Egoin specifically for use in the tropics.

STRONGER

STRONGER

CLT has a far superior strength-to-weight ratio than reinforced concrete.

FASTER
